Gotta Get Off My *ss!

Well, I have to really get off my *ss.  I need to revise my professional Web page, reasses my goals, quit eating junk and get back on an exercise routine.

I had a system, and it worked ok.  But I let it slip.  Well, I sorta became overwhelmed with too much happening around me.  I go through that in the winter.  But, I think I can get my arms around everything now. 

I’m going to have to spend quality time with my calendar.  I really have to make myself write everything in.  That includes treadmill time.  I’ve really let that slip.  The eating junk, well, that’s kinda relative.  I’ve not been eating chips and dip or chocolate bars.  But I did eat a little more fat food, like Captian D’s and Taco Bell, than I have in a long time.  I’m not really upset about it, I just know I need to stop.

I need to call tomorrow to schedule a hair cut.  I want a new style, but I don’t know what kind.  What else? 

I’ve been learning how to podcast.  I’ve done one so far for my professional page.  Oh! That reminds me that I’ve got to either update the processor or install the new hard drive on my desktop PC.  I’m pretty good with software, but not so good with hardware.  I’m really rusty with that so I’ll probably have to find some help.

Ok, well, the wine has made me hungry as well as sleepy.  That’s a disasterous combination!  Ummm, yes.  I need to cut back on the alcohol also!  LOL  It’s full of empty calories and gives me the munchies.  Eating before bed is … well, not good.  hee hee

 Whew!  That’s a lot to do.
