Walter Reed Symptom of Underlying Disease

Let me be perfectly clear.  There is absolutely NO room for tolerance of mold, vermin and filth at our military and veterans’ hospitals in this country.  I believe people in command should be jailed because of this.  But, does it really have much to do with the current administration and conflict?
